Guidance Through Grief

Guidance through Grief is a free eight-week program, co-sponsored with Central Maine Medical Center, offered to adults in the Androscoggin County area. The program is a structured group facilitated by trained bereavement volunteers. Topics covered include: understanding the grieving process; dealing with practical concerns; managing stress and pain; and finding hope and comfort.
