Pathways Through Grief

Pathways through Grief is a free eight-week program offered to adults in the Lakes Region, Oxford Hills and Wilton areas. The program is a structured group facilitated by trained bereavement volunteers. Topics covered include: understanding the grieving process; dealing with practical concerns; managing stress and pain; and finding hope and comfort.
